Struttura sul mare

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura perché si trova sul mare, che era il motivo principale del nostro soggiorno. La descrizione indicava che sarebbero stati forniti i beni essenziali. All’arrivo lo staff è stato gentile e ci ha accompagnati nella stanza. Tuttavia, la scala a chiocciola era arrugginita e all’interno della camera non c’era acqua, nemmeno per lo scarico, e le prese elettriche erano posizionate sopra l’aria condizionata e non funzionavano con il nostro adattatore. Dopo un lungo viaggio, la prima cosa di cui avevamo bisogno era usare il bagno e caricare i telefoni. Siamo andati in reception e, sebbene il personale fosse cortese, ci hanno detto che l’acqua sarebbe tornata entro un’ora. Dopo due ore, l’acqua non era ancora disponibile e siamo stati costretti a cambiare struttura a nostre spese. Ci siamo recati al Dumaluan Beach Resort, dove il personale della reception ci ha aiutati a trovare una sistemazione.

Draps SALES pas de restauration moustiques et rats en nombre important URINE et MERDE sur et sous les matelas petit dej payé mais pas dispo pourtant j’ai voyagé dans le monde c’était une première pour moi

It’s on the beach

Start with lies. Property is far from car or any kind of transportation accessible. There is a short notice in booking that mentioned access by foot but it’s not what you think. Then after you fall in trap, they send you a message that if you have problems with uneven disaster access way, this place is not good for you, but you can’t cancel or you have to pay full price.

The room was basic but very large and with a beautiful view of the sea. I also had hot water.

Outdated room

The location is stunning !! It is so peaceful, away from the busy Alona beach. The food was very good. The staff were nice and were always available for whatever request we had. It was such a lovely stay. The road down to the place is a little bumpy and adventurous but we didn't mind that at all. It is one of the most beautiful spots we've ever stayed at. Worth every penny !!!
