On Board Panglao Beach Hostel & Resort

The place is one where you could truly relax. Getting there was a challenge though, but if you have a motorcycle, would be easier.

The food in the resort. It did not give justice to the price. Not the taste but the quantity. The meal that was supposed to be for 2-3 persons wouldn't be enough for one person.

The place has a great potential. It wasn´t my first stay there, but...each time i come back the only change is rising price and lowering the quality. The location is super nice, the stuff is great, but the place is shabby. Not maintained in years. That´s pity. I hope the management will understand that rising the price and not maintaining is not the right way to go

Es war nicht sauber. Die Unterkunft war voll mit Kakerlaken. Es wurde nur auf Anfrage sauber gemacht. Außerdem kommt man sehr schlecht mit dem Auto oder Roller zur Unterkunft, da die Straße gesperrt ist und man einen Trampelpfad von etwa 20 Minuten gehen muss. Wurde nicht vom Hotel beschrieben.

너무 좋았습니다. 위치와 분위기가 너무 좋았습니다. 직원들은 한명도 빠짐없이 모두들 너무 친절하고 정성스럽게 대해주었습니다. 다시 보홀에 방문한다면 꼭 이 리조트로 다시 갈 것입니다.

Nothing. You cannot even access the property without having to walk 12 mins from the closest parking area.

Booked a night here and was sent a message that due to road issues, we would need to get dropped off 12 minutes away from the resort and walk there. I explained that we are going to their resort for my bday and will likely arrive back late at night and given the fact we would then need to walk 12 minutes in the dark on the beach to get to the resort, its not suitable or safe. I understand the road issues are out of their control, but they should add that to the listing on Booking. Its misrepresentation and they should allow a cancellation with refund. But no. They wont even respond to my request. Hugely disappointing.
