For the 3,645 I paid the room was very small, I asked to be transferred and they asked for more money. There were no tissue, bath soap, toothpaste provided inside the hotel room ( which normally meron when we use hotels even cheaper than 3645 php) NO lifeguard, swim at your own risk, my 6 years old almost got drowned nalingat lang ako, but I was there to pull him out of the water, kung my lifeguard sana mas safer ang pool area sa mga bata kahit malingant ang ina. We didnt have insect bites when we went to bed but we had lots when we woke up next morning, i have pictures as proof. We had a leftover lechon we brought from a family day event which was inside a carton box and was KEPT inside the room untouched but staff said to pay 2k pesos for corkage eventhough we didnt eat it there, just literally kept in the corner of our room coz iuuwi namin sa bahay. Of course I refused to pay, thats BS! The breakfast was terrible, the tinapa served was hard as a rock!

Good location. We enjoyed our stay; very professional, kind, and accommodating staff. Highly recommended!

Just the staff. Helpful and Polite

The facilities and the rooms. And the noise control . There other guests are allowed to leave their doors open and walk along the corridors loudly. There was a seminar at the top floor. The noise of furnitures being pulled or drag can be heard from the most expensive units down below and very early in the morning. Also, when we. Reached out to the receptionist at that time, the reception told the other noisy guests on the floor but the reason she gave them was we were complaining and pointed to our room . This is breaching our safety and privacy. The reason that should be told to other guests should just be purely respect to tithe guests to keep noise down. Anyways that was very disappointing. The AC does not work. The toiletries are poor. So basically just be transparent to begin own toiletries. Breakfast only caters to locals or Filipinos. No phones or intercom in the rooms. So guests need to come down to order or request or if there’s emergency, there’s no means of urgent communications.

It is nice outside, pool is lovely but we didn’t have a chance to use it.

Room is very small and cramp. WiFi is very poor, we have cups but no kettle and coffee. Our room was in the Poolside but the view at the back and side is very dirty. Disappointing stay.

The staff at Bernese Resort was very friendly and promptly attended to our needs. Staff were cleaning all the time , they’ve been there since place started operation.The kitchen staff were so nice , even served us our favorite breakfast on our last day.My only complaint is there’s no place for us to put our bathroom supplies but overall I will recommend the resort.
