BDThe ambience is very good. Staffs are very helpful. Beds were comfortable. Room has small kitchenette which was very comfortable.

ITExperience 2, second reservation. Same situation. Too many cons. The room was super small and during the night I found a big cockroach on the desk, it was disgusting. And the worst thing is that I informed the staff and just the guard in the entrance during the night helped me. The people in the reception absolutely didn't care of the situation, they asked me to pay more if I wanted to change room, they even didn't say "I'm sorry for the situation", nothing. No words... It was the first time after 15 years of trips that I found a situation like this. A part of the staff is nice, another part of the staff is in the wrong place and doing the wrong job. A suggestion: if you want to work in this business change approach and increase (a lot) the cleaning of your rooms.

CAThis hotel was situated in a cute little area a mom and Pop hotel by a private family not a big corporation. You will get that personal family feeling I love the courtyard and the breakfast area. It was very cute.
GBWe only stayed here one night and got there in the evening, rooms were nice but small! only 1 place to eat near it but was good, staff were lovely and beds were very comfy!
