The washroom needs some renovation, and there's an unpleasant smell inside the room somewhere in the kitchen or washroom. I'm not so sure.
HKMe and my kids love the area,wifi and tv.I love my breakfast.The gaurd,kitchen staff,housekeeper are all veey nice and helpful.We thank the owner 's,daughter for helping us to book our first activity guiding us what to do.The owner also very nice,accomodating,giving me suggestions wjat kind of actiivites and tours good for kids and pick up service and tour guide made our holiday amazing and unforgettable.Thank you👍👍👏👏👏💪🎉🎉❤️

- dingy room light - room was small and a bit stuffy - inflexible cancellation policy. We wanted to change the booking to 2 days later but they refused. In the end it was ok as our travel arrangements worked out

There was no receptionist the whole time. Only the guards were accommodating us and getting our orders. Breakfast starts at 8 AM even though the tours would start at 7 AM. We were not able to have our free bfast twice. The CR is also small. Your legs will touch the wall when you’re sitting on the toilet. The shower smells like sewage.

If you want to stay in Puerto Princesa I don’t recommend this hotel 1st it’s far away from everything 2nd no private parking you will park your car/motor to the streets of neighborhood not that safe 3rd staff not that friendly / AC leaking in the room

Contacted and made an agreement with the place via WhatsApp about airport transfer, however we never got picked up and took a taxi instead. Our room had stains on the ceiling and looked overall quite dirty. Woke up to the sound of hens and other animals from the garden in the place just next to our room - noisy in the morning!
