Glamping at Karuna El Nido

Amazing accommodation. We reserved the Dome and it was beyond our expectations! Lovely infinity pool and bar/restaurant overlooking the beautiful view of the waters.

Completely unique stay with the best view on the island. The Pyramid is really comfortable and has amazing views all around. The balcony space is also great and has the best view over the bay. The free shuttle ride into town and back was also a nice touch. Only downside was that the airport transfer we had pre-booked didn’t turn up which meant we left 20 minutes later. Staff were otherwise very friendly and helpful.

The room was absolutely beautiful and had everything available 😊 On the other hand, the staff wasn’t very accommodating in terms of assisting with things. We had an early dive morning and when we asked to get breakfast before 7am it was an immediate no. There were other times when attempting to coordinate with the reception that we felt like they could have been more solution oriented instead of just saying ‘we can’t do that.’ The grounds are beautiful and we didn’t mind walking down the huge hill with construction but that’s definitely something most people may be bothered by.

Amazing views! Staff is extremely accommodating and helpful! The only thing i would suggest is adding a umbrella to the outdoor patio at the dome.

The views from our Pyramid Suite and from the common areas (pool and restaurant) were breathtaking. The staff was exceptional, attentive to our needs, and accommodating. Although the property is not within walking distance to town, transport was seamless. We arranged our island hopping tour through the resort and it was great! My kids had the best time and we’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to those looking to stay in a more serene and tranquil property.

The staff were great and helpful. The drivers were great. The Dome had a great view. There was noisy construction happening right underneath our deck hammock, but they said they would not work when we were in our room, so that was great. But the food service wasn’t great. Tried to order certain things just after supper and it seemed like they were always out. Quality of the food wasn’t great either. Ordered eggs multiple ways for our free breakfast and they always came out with runny whites. Scrambled was the best option. There was also a discrepancy in the menu prices of the drinks compared to what was billed. I would encourage anyone who stays here to meticulously look at every receipt before signing off. We only found out on the last day and didn’t notice throughout the week and paid about 80php more per drink than was listed on the menu we were given.

Definitely recommend staying here! So so beautiful, the views are amazing! Room was clean and staff was extremely accommodating and attentive. Will be staying here for sure if I ever come back
