I made reservations for a family of 3. The bedroom accommodated 2 people on the bed. My daughter was to sleep on the couch, but surprisingly, it was not a pull-out couch. The couch was not long enough for her to sleep comfortably. There was a thin mat to sleep on the floor, which was extremely uncomfortable. It should not be advertised as sleeping more than 2 people. My daughter had no blanket provided for her to use. When I inquired about a blanket, I was told that the flat sheet provided was considered a blanket. Ridiculous that a real blanket was not included in the unit. The furniture was cheap and felt like it could break at any moment. The views were amazing, though. I would stay at BGC again, the area felt safe and there were many eating options close by. I would not stay at Avant again.

We loved the location, the staff was very courteous and helpful, and the room was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay overall.

There's a smell coming from the kitchen and laundry area. There was also no hot water in the shower and the kitchen sink facet is lose. The bathroom door handle falls off and there's a water leak from the drain pipe in the laundry area.

A really good staycation spot for family and friends when in BGC!

We had trouble getting the television to work.
