UMA Hotel and Residences

Nice and very clean

Staff are very helpful and courteous. Very Clean and convenient to restaurant and grocery stores.

Overall a very nice and clean hotel. If we return to Naga we will stay again. The only problems we saw or smelled is odor in the elevator and also odors in the restroom indicates possible plumbing problems

Concierge/front desk are efficient, friendly and nice. Parking staff are a great help in finding a good spot. I highly recommend UMA instead of the hotel across the street.

Convenient & close to everything.

Aside from the delay during check-in, it was good. But buffet was a bad experience - very few selection and low quantity. Also, the smell in the lobby and hallways (including elevators) was very bad - must be the kind of air freshener they use. They need to change it as the smell was really bad - like a dirty washroom.

Room size is perfectly adequate. Bed is comfortable. Laundry was crisp and clean. Staff were polite. Room amenities are ideal for an extended stay. Central location is unbeatable. Everything you might need is within walking distance. Breakfast served was of decent quality, although I was l underwhelmed with the selection. Absence of an egg station and/or bacon. Nice pool area for families, but not enough for laps/workout. Gym was adequately equipped.

You need to call the lobby for hot water EVERY time you want to shower. The AC turn itself off when you are sleeping, I needed to wave my hands at the AC in the middle of the night. The breakfast buffet is ok but definitely overcharged. Internet was down for 3 days out of 4

Hotel is new but needs improvement! The one-keycard policy sucks! Receptionists need training. Pool not ready yet. Don’t stay! The only good about it is the location.
