Clean and modern design. Staff were courteous and respectful. Facial tissue is not provided in the room unlike other hotels. The room is not sound proof from adjacent rooms as conversations can be overheard.

"Great hotel and value "

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room and bed were comfortable and the AC was perfect. We had the honor of visiting during their soft opening so it was understandable that there were a few kinks. The wifi in the room was great but not in the lobby during breakfast. The breakfast was not buffet since there werenā€™t enough guests but when the hotel fully opens, it will be. My family booked 2 rooms but they were on separate floors. Our key cards did not let us visit them which I understand is for security purposes but was not convenient as this was a family trip. The staff accommodated by giving us cards for their floor. On our second night, we were able to switch rooms so we were on the same floor. Overall, I would stay here again and highly recommend them as I canā€™t compliment the wonderful staff enough plus the hotel itself was exceptional.
