Far from the center and without hot water in the shower. Presence of a kitchen and bags of tea and instant coffee, but complete absence of cutlery and kettle (I didn't understand why...). No lift for 2nd and 3rd floor it's a problem ...

Brand new, very spacious rooms, very clean. Boys on the front desk at check-in were fun and helpful

FYI, breakfast is strictly at the time you set cos the owner has to prep it himself, so no flexibility, which is fair enough. Some of the interior design decisions are a bit odd - my room had a very large bathroom, taken up almost entirely by the shower area. You could fit an entire family in there! The main room was massive, but with only 2 uncomfortable bunk beds in the back corner. The kitchen is a bit bare, cant see how anyone could use it (so why have one in the room?). Maybe the new hotel is still a work in progress, and will eventually be appropriately appointed one day. I Thought being far from the main road would be quiet - no, this is the Philippines, nowhere is quiet. Usual roosters, dogs, motorbikes, karaoke across the road. Being far from the main road was just inconvenient in the end (unless you have a motorbike).

This was a delightful stay !!! It was SO CLEAN like spotless and smelled amazing ! Honestly I could not get over how clean the rooms were ! Breakfast was very nice and free coffee, free water and lovely staff! Such a good value for money this one ! We felt super safe there also !

The owners are SO lovely. Very sweet people who go out of their way for you. Arranged pickup from the airport for us, and arranged minivan to port Barton. Breakfast included was very good. Lots of options. They upgraded us to a huge rooms when the room we wanted was bunk beds instead of double. Thank you! Very clean.

Unfortunately we experienced many power outages whilst we stayed which meant no water or aircon so was not good, but it’s not the fault of the hotel! Location is perfect for the airport but not good if you want a holiday there, there is nothing to do in the area close by without a bike.

Very clean, spacious rooms and quiet (except for barking dogs). Free water dispenser to refill bottles. Very good value for money.

The rooms are a bit odd. There is a kitchen with plates, bowls and cups but no cutlery or means of cooking or kettle (although hot water is available in the communal area). Breakfast is very basic just one fried egg, toast and jam (no butter). Nowhere to hang any clothes or space for clothes or cases. We just had to get clothes as we needed them out of the case. Shower wasn’t hot.
