The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The breakfast is overpriced. Paying 250 Pesos for a small amount of food is rediculous, considering prices of street food. The breakfast is probably worth 100 Pesos. Shower was not running on the upper floor one day, but we could use the one on the lower floor.

It was clean. Room was big with a little kitchen.

Breakfast was very very poor. Communication was so hard. Only one person who spoke a little English and he was hardly available.

Highly recommended! I made mistake when booking and entered 1 person only instead of 2, but it wasn' a problem for them. Room was very spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. The guy who took care of us was super nice and helpful. We could leave our luggage until the evening and when we came back from day trip he allowed us to stay in dining area until we left to the airport and he even managed tricycle transfer there for us :) many thanks!

Location, staff and breakfasts.

No hot water from the faucet, least-cost approach with regard to basic amenities like soap, shampoo and toilet paper. Had to ask for them even though they should have been provided by default. No hair-dryer. No microwave. Wifi access voucher codes work for 3 days.

Nice big spacy and clean rooms. Caffe available all day. Friendly and caretaking stuff.

The staffs were so pleasant & accommodating. The place is clean.

We encountered there’s power interruption during our stay. They should have a stand by generator. We don’t have light & the room is so warm for several hours. The railings of the veranda is not safe specially for the kids with very wide gaps. The stairs are so stiff & not safe for the kids & the elderly.
