Everything is nice, the kids enjoy the stay . We sleep well.

The rest is good. The kitchen and staff and the FO officer is nice, except how Ms. Carmela treated us that time.

Me gustó la atención y disposición del personal, sobre todo mencionar a la señorita que estaba de noches que nos ofreció su ayuda para poder pedir comida ya que era bastante tarde

El desayuno incluido en el precio es bastante deficiente, pocas alternativas, la comida no era de calidad. Decepcionante

"Jättebra"

Vi fick ofta städat rum och sängarna va jätte sköna! Badrummet var fint och ganska stort och fräscht! Personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och fanns alltid tillgänglig. Tvättservice fanns också på boendet vilket var bra!

Det ligger väldigt långt ifrån allt… Det tar ganska lång tid att ta sig in till stan.

Excellent staff, from receptionists, housekeeping to security, they all go above and beyond to help with anything you need.

Location isn’t perfect but it’s not like it’s kept a secret, check maps before you go.

Essere svegliati alle 5 del mattino da un gruppo di militari che soggiornavano in hotel e hanno iniziato ad urlare per il loro allenamento.... Pazzesco... La suite che abbiamo preso aveva odore di muffa e si sentiva il suono delle porte eDell motore Dell ascensore la posizione troppo sulla strada principale con il caos del traffico

"Attention to Detail is Key"

Their staff are well-mannered but they were not familiar with their rooms. We asked if we could transfer the other people in our party to an adjoining room, if it's the same room type. They said it is but it turned out to be the Standard, as opposed to the Deluxe that we booked. We didn't ask to be transferred back out of respect for those who fixed the adjoining room for us.

Apart from the unfamiliarity with the room types, the rooms we stayed in were not navigable for someone in a wheelchair. I would have expected communication in that regard one way or another. We just lived with it. I hope their 1-BR suite is suitable, and I would have wanted to know that.
