They put us in the wrong room, which appeared to be an upgrade. We questioned immediately, upon check-in at 7pm. They said they will check. By 9pm, when we were already settled and asleep, they confirmed we were in the wrong room, and told us to come down to the reception, to settle things. We refused to go down to the reception at that time of past 9pm (and we told them we were ready to settle any additional fees for the upgraded room in the morning). Ultimately, they come knocking at the door at 9:30pm, and informed us we have to transfer to another room— at 9:30pm, when we were already settled and had been sleeping. It appears they wanted to cancel the room booked at BOOKING.COM and offer us the upgraded room, via direct booking with the hotel.

There were no basic utensils like spoon and fork, glasses and mugs. There is a water heater for coffee or tea but there is no complementary drinks except water that is 250ml

Spacious

Owner was very rude when we called him to inquire about parking space since it was not mentioned that there is a designated parking. Also, the other person we talked to on a phone call acts the same. These phone numbers were provided to us by booking.com
