Wesfame Suites

I like that it is very accessible. It has ample parking. Big room. And most importantly, it has Netflix. UCC coffee is also a plus.

It somehow has a strange smell. Im not sure though, if it is due to wall paints or anything.

The reception desk was always friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was perfect, with excellent personal service. The room was simple, but well-equipeed, with excellent air-con and an extremely comfortable bed.

For the price paid everything was good value.

Rented 2 family rooms for my family. I was dissatisfied with the airBnB condo that I reserved for a week before coming here in the Philippines. Have to seach for a place /hotel where I can transfer my family ASAP the next morning for comfortable stay and found Wesfame suites via booking.com. Our unit has 2 separate rooms and 2 bathrooms. Clean and comfortable rooms. Most of all it is affordable for me since I have big family The provided slippers to use was a bonus too, made you really feel at home! Restaurants within the building and mostly are walking distance. Grocery store is also walking distance!

Location was good.

Roosters on the roof opposite created a nice alarm clock after the rock bands had finished the night before. Cleaners did not come in the 3 days we were there.

During our stay, there was a maintenance construction/work upstairs.

Its location

The way they dealt with customers. I was charged more than the Booking.com rate and got their attention about it during our short stay. I asked them to rectify the situation, and they promised they would. Fast forward to today, the refund has not been given;matter not resolved. I have been in contact with them by email several times and except for one time, no one has reached out to me to explain what is going on. So unfortunate that this is a new facility but their staff and admin, or whoever is in charge of rectifying the situation are to be truthful, not honest and sadly, incompetent. I would not and do not recommend this place to anyone. The staff who took my payment did not even check what my booking rate was and it was too late to refund when she realized it. She even suggested directly booking with them next time and not go through a third party like Booking. At that point it would have not been a stretch to correct the situation but the matter “has to be discussed with their higher up.” Two months? This should have been more than enough time but the “ghosting” is worse. Who’s in charge of this hotel? So sad… Stay away from this hotel until they sort out their system, especially if you are from another country and need to use your credit card. They will, as in my experience, give you the runaround and can not (or will not) resolve the matter. Maybe they are hoping that my distance will dissuade me from pursuing any recourse. It’s their dishonesty that’s appalling.
