The location had good proximity to the airport and was comfortable.

The breakfast could have been better as it was prepackaged.

Very clean, well organized and comfortable accommodations! Good shower, bed, AC and WiFi - most important things to me as a digital nomad. Perfect for a short stay before or after flights. Would stay again if in Rome airport area!

The taxi/uber ride was 40-50 euros for less than 2 miles/4km. That is blasphemy to me so I waited almost 45 min for a bus that cost a euro but not clear and very confusing at airport. The next morning the owner offered a 15 euro ride to airport which was much appreciated and wish I had the day before after traveling nearly 20hrs.

Checkin was strange - a little high tech.

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. It was extremely clean, in walking distance from lots of waterfront restaurants. I highly recommend this place if you want to flyvout of rome and spend a day or 2 in a quite, safe, and well-maintained place near the water. Staying at this guest house was one of the highlights of our trip.

Clean and had everything we needed

This place is about ten minutes ride from the FCO airport. The check in process was seamless without the concierge which is standard in an Airbnb. The place was immaculate and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower water pressure was perfect and the bathroom was sparkling clean. We loved our quick and short stay before boarding our flight next morning. The owners even left a snacks and bottles of water. Thank you for your thoughtfulness, we appreciate it very much:)

Close to coastline

Private entrance, very secure. Great AC, decent breakfast. Between business and a few side quests I'd been in Italy for 6 weeks traveling alone. This was my 8th different lodging in that time. I'd decided to end my trip with 2 nights here because of the proximity to the beach and the airport. I was not disappointed. It's very convenient, well equipped, and most of all SAFE. I couldn't have made a better decision.

Really no complaints. I apologize, I think I left the AC running when I left early in a rush in the taxi for my early flight.

Decent for short stay, walkable in the Fiumicino area. Place was clean and tidy, and breakfast was provided.

Although it was close to the airport, it was still a 10 min drive, and costed 30 euros by taxi to get there. Did not have any hand soap, messaged property manager but no response. Early checkout (10am), and was not able to accommodate a later checkout even for 11am.
