good breakfast., good location

The "includes breakfast" was not much more than packaged breakfast snacks. The neighborhood was a little suspect.

It was nice and easy to check in and fine facilities

Not so clean, missing the possibility to sit outside if the sun is out

- Beds were comfortable - Walking distance from restaurants in the area - Shower was good

- While the whatsapp interactions were (mostly) ok, the host did not demonstrate much concern (or care) on us having a good experience. Not approachable and rude at check-in (although I'm not sure it was 2 different people). I've had done self check-in in several other places (sometimes not even seeing the host) and this was the worst by far. - Bathroom light was not working - had to use our cell phones flash lights - Breakfast was a bunch of packaged crackers- we could have probably bought them ourselves

Central to the towns restaurants. Owners helpful with information / recommendations. Food items for breakfast in the room. Nice room and bathroom. Great stay.

Very far for +5 kilometers away from masjid al haram. The location of the hotel indicated in the booking application is incorrect. Be careful when you call a taxi, from airoport, for example Uber or Bolt, etc.
