Clean and spacious.

Be aware that transportation from Fiumicino airport is a taxi that will cost e35. Transportation to the airport same via taxi, or shuttle provided by the accommodation at e10 per person. This adds significantly to the overall cost of the accommodation. Also be aware that the accommodation staff responds one time to messages through Booking.com, directing the user to message them through What’s ap.

It is a very good place near FCO airport. We had a flight at 3am left the hotel. However, the breakfast was served prior to our arrival taking into consideration that we might need to take it to the airport - we liked it a lot. everything that could be needed was in the room / shower. and within 10 minutes you arrive to the airport - if required fuel can be filled on the way.

You need to have internet ability in order to get in - it is online reception

It was nice to have the snacks, although I wouldn’t use the word breakfast.

The soap dispensers in the shower were all empty.

I think it was a very cozy room and well equipped. I very appreciated the hairdryer in the bathroom. The bed is comfortable and everything freshly cleaned.

Our window open to the street and all noises came in.... was very bad when the dog started to bark at 3:00 o'clock AM. And the staff should not start to clean at 8 o'clock in the morning when guests are still want to sleep and rest. Wake up for vacuumcleaner is not that good.

We went there for a night before an early flight. So we did not spend much time there. It was clean, and warm. We had plenty of food and water waiting for us.

The facility asked for our arriving hour and documents more than a week in advance, before we even started the trip (it was for our last night). It was a bit stressful.

What did we like? Basically everything! So if you want to know more, prepare for a veeeery detailed description: - the place is very easy to travel to using a Cotral bus from the airport, as you just need to get to Via del Canale - unfortunately, you pay 7 euro per person while buying the ticket from the driver... but then the ticket back to the airport is less than 2 euro somehow? - there's a lovely pizza bar that's a 100m away and the prices are... surprisingly low! - the check-in process is easy, as the guy sends you your PIN (via WhatsApp) to open the door and then you find your key in a lovely little deposit box - there is a kitchen with a microwave that can be used freely by the inhabitants of both rooms, there was even a small foccacia to put into the microwave that was included in the price :-) - as for the breakfast, you get a great assortment of sweet things, as well as some stuff in the fridge - milk, yoghurt, juice and even salami! this is in addition to the normal bottled water and a kettle with various kinds of tea that you can make + a whole coffee machine!! - the bathroom is absolutely great and the shower area is perfect for anyone, even people with mobility issues, just wonderful - the internet connection is very strong, there's no problem doing anything online - there is a pretty large TV and it has ALL the streaming apps, even including Polish and Finnish ones - as for the heating, it's done with an AC machine and if you turn it on, then you can easily get over 20 C in the room - we could actually open up the window, despite a rather cold night - even the room design is very nice with a "stone" theme that's quite inviting - finally, the WhatsApp communication with the person in charge was nothing less than seamless Honestly, we felt just great there. It was a huge mistake to only book this one night in Fiumicino and the rest in Rome proper.

The only possible thing to improve is to get a slightly harder mattress. But this isn't to say that there's anything wrong with this one! It simply has a bit of a "hole" on one side, by which I mean: if you have any kind of spine thing, you could feel that a part of it is lower. However, if you're a person with a healthy back, you'll sleep like a baby :-)

The room is tidy, reasonably equipped for a night before the early morning flight. TV with netflix is a plus, there is also a very generous cold breakfast self service.

Their check-in procedure could match some of the most rigid border crossings, perhaps this adds a level of security, but we rather felt like in an Orwel’s novel. The shower needs some maintenance as the whole bathroom gets flooded. If you think you’ll save on taxi on then way FROM the airport, consider it is a fixed price of 35euro one way, on the way back it is 10€/pp, organised by host.

The property itself was clean. There are two rooms close in proximity with little soundproofing. We could hear the neighbors talking . The location for us was great as we had an early check in and the airport was very close by. Breakfast was sufficient. An early check in was appreciated.

The sheets and towels could have been cleaner. Fitted sheet had a stain on it and all the towels were grey in color.

Clean, modern, no.stairs, high tech self-checkin, great assortment of breakfast foods, coffee, tea and juice. Great shower. Great bed.
