The attentiveness of staff from arrival to departure is outstanding. I can’t sing the praises of the service enough. INCREDIBLE SERVICE 🤩 The transfers from Davao make it sooo easy! The on-site restaurants give you plenty of choice through the day. The water sports available are fantastic and there are also some great deals. The beach? The beach! 😮‍💨 STUNNING! Crystal clear water and so serene. The main area can get pretty warm so i recommend a handheld fan but that’s what the multiple pools and beach are for. The gym is decent too! The games room is also a great touch. Ultimately, you have everything you need to keep you busy for a long stay—one night is not enough! I look forward to returning.

There’s little bugs at night in the villa aren’t the most pleasant surprise, nothing crazy but can be annoying. Breakfast gets disappointing from 9am onwards, the standard really drops in terms of choice, quality and service. Food choices were already reduced, some of it was cold, and the team are more focused on clearing service than providing it. Either end it at 9am or maintain the standards. Be mindful of the last boat transfer if you have an early morning flight, it can be a slight inconvenience.

the friendliness and great service of staff

1. the front desk has not fulfilled her promise of merging the twin beds 2. Since the mini bar has less option, they should have a kind of convenience store that we can choose more variety of snacks. we don't mind paying high price as the.mini bar as long as there are choices 3. the dinner buffet was NOT that delicious considering the price we paid, lechon was not appetizing, choices are limited, shrimp NOT that fresh 4. shower in our room 4316, drains very slow, bubbles stay on your feet

Great rooms, great view, great beach, great service and great breakfast. A relaxing stay.

Buggy to head up or down takes time. Guests are encouraged to allow 5-7 minutes wait for a buggy
