The staff was amazingly kind and invited us for breakfast when we arrived at the riad, even though we couldn’t check in yet because we arrived there early in the morning. We offer to pay for it but they kindly refused. Location was also great, in the center of the Medina but in a quiet street.

All bedrooms face inside (the inner yard, where the inner pool), doors and windows. That means that we missed some ventilation, fresh air and being able to open the windows without being seen whilst changing clothes, for example (people walking by can see inside). We could also hear everything happening inside the building due to how the riad is layered out.

Piękne wnętrza w marokańskim stylu. Cudowna obsługa, bardzo gościnni i pomocni. Bardzo smaczne śniadania i świetna lokalizacja. W nocy cisza mimo bliskości głównego placu i atrakcji.

Location was great.

We stayed here as a group in separate rooms. The ground floor rooms had no windows or ventilation and all smelled of urine although they were sold as superior rooms. The whole group was unhappy.

La ubicación es excelente, aunque está al final de la plaza y tienes que andar un ratito para coger taxi es muy fácil llegar sin perderse. El desayuno no era continental, era más bien marroquí pero estaba muy bueno.

No había nadie que hablase español aunque decían que había, en 4 días nadie nos habló en español. La noche antes de irnos nos pidieron "insistentemente "que dejásemos pagado todo ya (solo era una cena y un transfer), cuando lo normal es hacerlo a la salida. El día que nos íbamos aunque avisamos con varias horas de antelación para que nos pidieran un transfer para el aeropuerto nos dijeron que ya era tarde y no podían. Las habitaciones pequeñas con cama de matrimonio son MUY PEQUEÑAS.
