Riad meraviglioso, pulito, profumato, a 30 metri da Jemaa el Fna, facile da trovare, colazione fantastica e hamman come un sogno! Tutto stupendo!

La posizione è comoda perché è a 2 passi da Jemaa al Fna, ma essendo in un vicolo stretto laterale, non è accessibile in auto, per cui se si viaggia con valigie pesanti può diventare un problema raggiungere il luogo dove si fermano i taxi, a circa 7-10 minuti di cammino!

A személyzet nagyon kedves volt és figyelmes. A riad makulátlan tisztaságú, kiválóan felszerelt szállás, központi elhelyezkedéssel,mégis csendes oázis a forgatagban. Nagyon ajánlom.

Certamente la posizione, vicina ai punti turistici più importanti di Marrakech, la disponibilità e l'attenzione di tutto lo staff del personale. L'arredamento interno

Essendo disabile in sedia a rotelle effettivamente ho riscontrato dei "problemi": 1^) L'accessibilità al Riad (rampa molto ripida per superare il gradino di accesso) pertanto seria difficoltà per accedere e uscire, pertanto poca autonomia per la persona disabile. 2^) L'ascensore utilizzato per accedere al Ristorante in terrazzo è nelle dimensioni interne "corto" per una sedia a rotelle normale. 3^) Il Ristorante è troppo all'aperto seppur coperto con vetrate aperte e con vari tendaggi molto scenografici, ma in certe serate non ancora estive (e il mese Aprile 2026 il meteo non è stato generoso), la direzione dovrebbe far chiudere le vetrate, mangiare al freddo non è piacevole. 4^) Alla reception visto che bisogna prenotare prima per la cena, sarebbe opportuno fossero più attenti alla "comanda", per non trovarsi poi a tavola con piatti non ordinati o differenti, in pìù sarebbe opportuno avvertire già al mattino che il servizio cucina in certe sere della settimana non viene effettuato.
