Hospitable staff and very accommodating. Place was very clean and toiletries etc always topped up. Breakfast was filling and tasty and staff would check all okay .

Soap dispenser needs to be in the communal toilet areas , oppose to soup. When it is cold the hotel needs to be fully heated as it got cold in communal areas. Spa treatment prices can be reduced or discount packages provided . Maybe consider a small breakfast buffet

We had an amazing experience! The staff were super friendly and helpful, made our stay really enjoyable. The place was spotless, couldn't fault the cleanliness. Highly recommend!

Struttura bellissima con piscina interna e sul tetto, molto pulita e accogliente, posizione comoda per il centro in zona tranquilla, camera grande, staff gentilissimo e nei due giorni in cui avevamo le escursioni e il giorno della partenza ci ha preparato la colazione prima dell’orario definito.

Muy bien situado. Dentro de la Medina. Cerca de la plaza principal. Lo mejor del Riad, Said. Fue muy amable y considerado con nosotras. No utilizamos el Spa, pero tenía buena pinta. El desayuno que estaba incluido, también muy bien. Muy buena estancia en general

車で入ることのできない路地のため、空港からの車の手配をホテルにお願いすることをおすすめします。高い壁に囲まれた路地を進んだ先に玄関があり、思い描いたマラケシュ通りでとても素敵ですが。
