great staff - excellent food - awesome views

private pool was cold - days were overcast and rainy during stay - would be nice if pool was couple deg warmer.

The whole experience was amazing! Highly recommended. The staff were super nice and helpful, Ravi (I hope the name is correct) was kind enough to give us a tour in the resort explaining about the different types of plants. The welcoming drink and sweet was so refreshing and delicious The view! I cant explain enough! Breathtaking! We also saw monkeys all around in the early morning. However, it is quite far from the city center and the roads are hard enough to make the trip long. The room is wonderful, spacious with very convenient layout and full glass windows all around, the spacious bathroom with the bathtub , the swimming pool in the room took it to another level. The breakfast spot is another amazing spot to spend the morning. Highly recommended indeed

The slippers were previously used, The curtains had some spots, but this is understood in such a humid place like this.

The views from the villa were amazing. Having a private pool next to the villa was excellent We also could use the main swimming pool facilities which was very quiet and peaceful The staff were very friendly, the chef even cooked us a vegetarian Indian curry. We particularly like Bulla the local, friendly stray dog

Der Blick vom Balkon ist natürlich sehr schön. Auch das Personal größtenteils sehr freundlich mit Ausnahme der Dame die und begrüßte. Diese sprach kein Wort und verhielt sich seltsam.

Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt leider nicht. Die Aussicht und der kleine Pool sind schön- jedoch sind super viele Tiere im Zimmer, von Kakerlaken über sonstige Krabbeltiere. Morgens hatten wir aus dem Dach teilweise sehr viele Holzkrümel und sonstigen Dreck auf dem Bett sowie Kakerlaken auf dem Boden. Es sollte vielleicht ein Moskitonetz fürs Bett angeschafft werden. Das Frühstück war nett aber für den Preis nicht angemessen genug in meinen Augen. Die Lage ist sehr schön jedoch braucht man fast 60Minuten aus Kandy hier her. Der Aufenthalt war schön- wir werden jedoch nicht wieder kommen.

Strange, long check in Pool was absolutely freezing and unusable, full of bugs Tv didn’t work Chicken curry at dinner gave me food poisoning Advised us to use a tuk tuk service which hugely overcharged us. Staff didn’t help. Pain to get to and view isn’t that special compared to what is available elsewhere No nice areas to sit outside at dinner, grass area unkept with 1 table Not worth the ££

The staff are very welcoming, warm, and competent. The restaurant is excellent.

The place was set in the hills and the views were amazing but it was very remote so needed a few more facilities to make the stay perfect

The spa was not up to the standard of the hotel
