"Nuit noir"

Premièrement c'est pas les mêmes énormes il y pas 2 chambre. Pour 4 adulte un grand lit et canapé c est pas normal. Pas de couettes au niveau de propreté zéro du matériel zéro je suis arnaque de la part de cette établissement est ce que c vrais 4 étoile rien a voir avec les clasement des hôtels. Pour je vous demande de me rembourse . Je susi client de bouking plus de 5ans et a la fin il nous traite omme des esclave j accepte pas ca . C'est pas top on passe une nuit noir dans le froid et la qualité des lit zéro. Cette établissement il touche l image de plate-forme bouking.

Spacious and clean.

The idea that it is in a different building other than the one we checked in. Staff helped us with our luggage though.

Very good location, flexible check in and check out, good amenities and the friendliest staff. Spacious rooms and very modern apartments, very well decorated. They kept our luggage after check our which was very nice.

There was not utensils in the kitchen, we would have appreciated some capsules for the coffee machine too. But overall, it was perfect!

"Appartement propre et au centre de la ville proche de toutes commodités."

La propreté de l’appartement et L’emplacement au centre de Casablanca

Le manque d’équipement de ménage (balai, ramassette,) surtout quand on sait que le ménage n’est fait que tous les deux jours. Manque de groupe électrogène donc en cas de coupure d’électricité vous pouvez vous retrouver privée de lumière pendant un moment. Et aussi le numéro indiqué en cas de problème ne réponds presque jamais donc on doit toujours se déplacer pour aller à la réception

"Worst stay in my entire life"

Nothing to be liked everything is bad no electricity very untidy and unclean staff are rude intrusive and unprofessional they stop you at the door everything u r coming in n they ask irrelevant and unnecesarry questions and they invade ur room without permission so bad last time i will book in this disgusting residency
