StayHere Casablanca - Gauthier Collection

1- emplacement était idéal 2- personnel gentil 3- y a des cafés en bas

1- arrivée tard la nuit vers 03 du matin, après une longue journée de voyage, avec une seule envie prendre une douche et dormir! À ma grande surprise pas d eaux🥺

Très beau emplacement dans le quartier Gauthier à Maarif, personnel très sympa comme Nabil et Walid. Tout est à proximité, café restaurant boutiques de commerce

Mi è piaciuto la posizione. Poi è una struttura tranquillo fino ai ultimi giorni perché stavano ristrutturando a parte questo non ti disturba nessuno.

In primis, il servizio di pulizia, durante tutto il soggiorno(più di una settimana), sono venuti solo 2 volte, anche dopo tante richieste . Poi non c’era abbastanza attrezzatura in cucina, non c’è il forno, in più il gas andava lento, quindi ci mettevo molto tempo per cucinare. Il bagno era troppo piccolo, poco illuminato e non abbastanza pulito. Quando fai la doccia c’è l’acqua che esce fuori dalla doccia, e non c’era appoggia piedi.

The upstairs shutters would not open on the backside and the spa was not working. I was told after check-in that these issues would be addressed but never got handled
