Merci Lila pour l'échange et la rapidité. Nous regrettons votre absence. Riad bien placé. Proche de la place et des Souks. Dans une globalité propre et calme. Piscine agréable et rafraîchissante.

Samir, la personne en charge du Riad n'est pas très agréable. Très sec dans sa façon de parler, loin des standards d'accueil Marocains. Nous sommes arrivées dans un week-en ou malheureusement les vols des autres résidents a été annulés et nous avons senti qu'il aurait préféré que le notre le soit aussi, pour plus de repos. Il n'aide à pousser qu'une seule valise. Deux c'est trop pour lui (et je ne parle pas de porter mais bien de pousser pour nous aider car nous en avions plusieurs). Pas très heureux si vous allez et venez (donc qu'il doit ouvrir la porte) la journée. Pas du tout souriant. Peu reposant en raison des appels téléphoniques en visio et haut-parleur de la cuisinière en pleine journée malgré tout le respect que nous lui devons et le sourire trés agréable qu'elle porte toute la journée. Les coffres-fort ne fonctionnent pas malgré la tentative dans deux chambres et aucune solution n'a été trouvée ("tant pis, n'es pas peur t'es comme à la maison ici"). Pas d'imprimante au Riad pour vous aider pour les billets retours (impression obligatoire par l'aéroport). Petit déjeuner moyen. Crêpes sans gouts et fruits pas du tout de saison ni du pays (banane + cerise). Pas de proposition de vente de boisson autorisée de la piscine. C'est dommage pour vos ventes additionnelles. Même la dernière impression est décevante, pas de "au revoir" ni de "à la prochaine" au dépôt au taxi retour. Lila, revoyez votre personnel pour qu'il soit à la hauteur de la beauté du Riad que vous avez entre vos mains.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay and they're extremely attentive to help assist you for the best stay. A very tranquil relaxing enjoyable experience. I would love to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Celema. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the riad is beautiful, and it is located conveniently close to many points of interest.

We wish we could have stayed longer!

Riad Celema was an amazing property located just 5 minutes away from Jemaa El-Fna, the cultural center of Medina. Although the nearby streets were busy the Riad was located on a side road and was very quiet during the night. The room included all the amenities we required. Breakfast was good and we also tried the massage services which were great. The biggest highlight of all was the staff, which were extremely helpful to provide us with everything we needed (special thanks to Semir for all the help and support)! This Riad is definitely recommended

Our bed sheets were really thick, even with A/C on it was very warm during the night. Our Riad was in an alley which somehow felt "deserted" and sometimes dodgy (especially comparing to the neighboring super busy streets). After a few days we got used to it though and we didn't face any problems.

Sam the Riad Manager was Brilliant organised anything we required and gave us loads of good recommendations and advice.

Location was great, staff were excellent

Beautiful space with beautiful people. Highly recommend and will send all my family and friends to stay. Will be back if ever in Marrakech. Thank you

The Riad is amazing. Lila and Samir go out of their way to make you feel at home by providing basically anything you need for a relaxing stay in Marrakech. E.g. they can organise a taxi from the airport, which you will need since the medina does feel like a rabbit warren when you first arrive. The whole place is an oasis inside the (sometimes hectic) medina. The location is perfect for visiting the sights, especially the souks and the main square Jamaa el-Fnaa. The breakfasts on the rooftop are a highlight and a perfect way to start the day. I also highly recommend the hammam and massage

This Riad was amazing. The staff were so accomodating and helpful and we felt like we were royalty. Would definitely recommend to my friends
