Riad Dar El Bacha

Hemos estado estupendamente, Yamal el encargado muy atento, las instalaciones aún estando habitaciones en obras no nos han molestado nada, una piscina que puedes usar cuando quieras, libertad, amabilidad y tranquilidad que no tienes en otros sitios, unos desayunos excelentes y la ubicación tb es buena.

Nous sommes arrivées et nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise que le Riad ne pouvait pas nous recevoir pour cause de travaux. Personne ne nous avait donné cette information alors que ça faisait déjà quelques temps que le Riad était en travaux. Nous nous sommes retrouvées sans logement, sans solution apportée de la part du Riad ! Nous avons dû nous relogé de toute urgence Et nous avons toujours eu aucun remboursement !!!

I arrived at the hotel and was told they had no rooms available. I didn't stay at the hotel.

The fact they were able to advert rooms they didn't have and take people's money. I arrived in marrakesh with another female and was left stranded looking for alternative accommodation. I still haven't received a refund They have promised and they don't reply to emails or answer the phone. Totally unacceptable

La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté de la chambre.

El aire no funcionaba muy bien y salía poca agua.

The room I had was nice, maybe because they had few people to no people in the Riad that’s why they game me a nice room, I don’t know.

The room had no water bottle in it and I had to ask for one, it also had no shower gel or shampoo or tissue paper.
