Riad Dar El Bacha

The property was a hidden gem! Very nice location, close to most popular tourist attractions and right in the valley, where a market is. The staff was very wonderful and helped us with every need right away. Breakfast was very nice and was prepared right as we arrived to breakfast, so it was very fresh. When we had a check out, we were allowed to take up a clean room and stay there until our flight at night, which was very nice from them! Very lovely place to stay in Marrakech, and also a good place to see the beauty of Marrakech and it's traditionality. Wonderful stay!

Excellent breakfast! Lovely details every day different setup on the plate, a bit on a smaller size portion but the ambient, great host and variety compensates for a fully positive impression.

Communication with regard to availability or not of organizing the transport from the airport as it is advertised that it`s possible to arrange such a thing. Not responding to messages is just confusing. Go for other options or book local taxi at the airport. It`s easier in the end.

Énorme arnaque

Arnaque. Gérant désagréable. Pas assez de chambre ni de lits pour notre groupe, sous de faux prétextes. Relogement de 4 personnes de notre groupe dans un autre établissement, dans 1 seule chambre. Établissement non adapté à des groupes ( impossible de prendre le petit déjeuner en groupe).Piscine = gros pediluve glacé de maximum 4m par 2 m.chambres sales.Beaucoup de bruit gênant le repos. Un honte! . Un autre groupe ayant réservé sur un autre site: même problème ! Obligés de quitter l’établissement le 3é jour car promesse de libérer des chambres supplémentaires non tenue (surbooking évident). Indigne d’être conseillé par Booking

Nous nous sommes rendus au local, et vérifier que le Riad est en rénovation, donc fermé, comme je vous ai déjà dit dans mes précédents contacts avec vous. Le riverains nous l'ont confirmé . Le nr 96 Derb Tzougarine n'existe plus .J'ai fait des photos. J'attends le remboursement avant de contacter mon service juridique.

Very impolite staff, threatening us with police!!!!

they were in the middel of a renovation with lots of dust. This was not communicated at the website. My husband is allergic on dust, so after a heated discussion they refunded the money and we searched for another hotel. Now, 2 months later they charged the money from my visa account, so I had to report this tp my bank.Very fraudulent and scammed!!!!
