Riad très bien situé en bordure de la médina, très calme et loin des mosquées. Accès un peu compliqué mais en cherchant un peu on y arrive assez facilement. La chambre était bien. L'établissement est en travaux et les salles de bain ne sont pas encore totalement équipées mais très jolies. Il manque aussi des éléments pour poser les valises dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et comme la plupart du temps, le personnel charmant et extrêmement serviable.

Petites améliorations à apporter sur l'équipement des salles de bain et de la chambre.

Lo mejor la atención por parte del chico que nos servia el desayuno y estaba en recepción. Super amable, educado y servicial con nosotros. Todos te hacen sentir como en casa La ubicación es en el centro de la medina y pudimos ir andando a los principales sitios de interés. El desayuno exquisito con productos típicos marroquís La habitación limpia y cuidada

El baño perdia agua cuando te duchabas y mojábamos el suelo de la habitación

Riad Dar El Bacha is a beautiful relaxing environment in the heart of Marrakech. The staff, Ahmed and Abdil were very friendly, nice to chat to and welcomed us with tea 🍵😁

Vriendelijk personeel! Locatie is op een prima locatie in de medina. Ontbijt was netjes verzorgd. Voor een paar dagen prima om te verblijven.

Let op je hoofd bij de ingang, de houten rand van de deur kan pijn doen.

We were promised airport shuttle and were told late check was absolutely fine prior to arriving in marrakesh. Shuttle never came and left us stranded at the airport for an hour. Took a cab to the riad and it was locked up and closed, again left us stranded at night in marrakesh. Never responded to phone calls or texts, never got to stay in the riad. Absolutely awful experience and it’s non refundable so we can’t even get our money back. Shame on this riad.
