Un séjour exceptionnel dans ce magnifique riad au cœur de la médina de Marrakech. Le cadre est authentique, calme et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le personnel est chaleureux, attentionné et toujours disponible pour rendre le séjour agréable. Les chambres sont confortables et très propres Un grand merci pour l’accueil et l’hospitalité marocaine. Je recommande vivement ce riad pour vivre une belle expérience à Marrakech !

We loved the riad-style design, it’s beautifully decorated and very centrally located. The staff were lovely, especially Ahmed, who was very welcoming and answered all our questions. Despite being in a busy, bustling area, it was surprisingly quiet.

Breakfast could be improved. The room was a bit dark, even with the lights on, and lacked sufficient space to store clothes or personal items.

L’emplacement

Chambre extrêmement petite, difficilement confortable. Nous avons demandé à en changer, sans aucune solution proposée. Des travaux de jardinage ont eu lieu sur le toit pendant notre séjour, rendant tout moment de calme impossible, sans excuse ni geste commercial. La douche était bouchée, ce qui compliquait l’utilisation normale de la salle de bain. De plus, la femme de ménage oubliait régulièrement de mettre des serviettes (une fois sur deux environ), ce qui est inacceptable pour un établissement hôtelier. Enfin, alors que j’étais malade, une simple bouteille d’eau demandée a été facturée, sans aucune considération. Le service est très insuffisant. Le confort et la satisfaction des clients ne semblent pas être une priorité dans cet établissement.
