Riad Fes Ziyat & Spa

This is an excellent Riad, that is decorated beautifully and has the added bonus of a usable pool where you can sunbathe. (Many Riads have tiny pools that are entirely covered in shade most of the time). However, the real highlight here is the staff who cannot do enough for you. Big thanks to the 3 Mohammed’s & Halid. I will definitely be back!

Struttura Un po’ trascurata e non adeguatamente manutenuta . Ad esempio la Piscina con lettini sfondati o i bagni con box doccia che non si chiude e l’acqua allaga il bagno o asse del wc in plastica leggera quasi sfondata .

Très beau Riad ! Très bon accueil ! Personnel très gentil et disponible ! Bon petit déjeuner !

De rust van een Riad in een drukke stad!

We hadden een donkere, heel lange kamer. Dat voelde een beetje vreemd.

Magnifique Riad. Très bien situé. Le personnel est au top. Cuisine maison, un régal. Toutes nos excursions ont pu être organisées avec le Riad.

Was sich hinter einer kleinen Eingangstür befindet, ist eine wahnsinnig schöne, große und ruhige Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind charmant, das Personal ist super freundlich und hilft bei allen Belangen. Die Lage ist sowohl ideal, um die Medina von Fes zu erkunden, als auch, um einen Ausflug in die naheliegende Umgebung zu machen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

The staff is fantastic. Mohamed is the best! Thank you! Location good. Within walking distance from Bab Boujloud gate into medina at the souk's entry point. Walkable to the two medresas and the tannery. Got everything you need close by: restaurants, cafes, street fruit vendors, a small fast laundry shop. Food at the hotel, fantastic: harira, chicken skewers and the home made frites were full of flavour and taste. A bit pricey but do not miss them. The breakfast is very good, although leaning a bit too much on the sweet side for my taste. The hotel's interior is a piece of art. Truly! Having an elevator is bliss saving the hassle of carrying luggage upstairs through tight spaces. Clearly recommended!

Not much storage space, especially for coats, pants. Lighting in the room is far from sufficient. No view, but it really did not matter. The standard room is a tiny bit cramped because of the layout (very long yet very narrow room). The parking situation is bad. There is a covered parking at the ground floor of a building 150m away. A dodgy business ran by an old man and his son who would stop to nothing to bully customers out of their cash pretending to help while not understanding any language when it comes to questions. Bully them back and make them stick to the original deal agreed. Also, the parking is swarmed by hustlers pretending to be hotel employees and carry your luggage in exchange for money that never seem to suffice them. It is not hotel's fault or responsibility but they should put a clear, upfront warning to their driving customers about the situation.

Il manager Simo è stato eccellente, ci ha mostrato fin dal giorno precedente al nostro arrivo la sua grande disponibilità, contattandoci su whatsapp per poter soddisfare ogni nostra necessità. Il giorno della nostra partenza ci ha dato preziose informazioni per poter raggiungere velocemente tutte le nostre destinazioni, organizzandoci anche il transfer per l'aeroporto. Non potevamo desiderare di meglio! Super consigliato
