Riad Fes Ziyat & Spa

Absolutely beautiful riad! Beds were really comfortabel and the room was very clean. We loved the staff; they were really friendly and try to do their best. Nice & quiet area. Breakfast was excellent. Information in advance was very helpfull.

The room was really clean, but the bathroom could be cleaner. There was mold at a couple of places and the shower was broken. The owner has let us known that he has taken our remark into immediate action. The windows have no glass so you hear noice from downstairs, but it is not very bad and we have experienced that this is in any riad we have stayed till so far.

A wonderful peaceful place to stay in Fes Medina. It’s in a quiet street and the inside is like an oasis. A serene swimming pool, a beautiful courtyard. A large breakfast. A hammam inside the riad. I had the deluxe green room which is like a little apartment. Large windows that look out onto the courtyard. Clean bathroom and floors. A couch, a closet, nespresso machine, AC. I had dinner in the restaurant downstairs, sitting in the courtyard. A wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Pobyt w tym riadzie w Fezie był absolutnie wyjątkowy. To piękne miejsce zachwyca autentyczną architekturą i niepowtarzalnym klimatem, który pozwala naprawdę poczuć ducha Maroka. Pokoje są bardzo czyste, zadbane i komfortowo wyposażone, a obecność lodówki to dodatkowy atut. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje personel – niezwykle miły, sympatyczny i zawsze gotowy do pomocy. Dzięki ich życzliwości pobyt staje się jeszcze bardziej przyjemny. Ogromnym plusem jest również możliwość skorzystania z tradycyjnego hammamu, który stanowi doskonały sposób na relaks po intensywnym dniu zwiedzania. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka wyjątkowego i autentycznego doświadczenia w Fezie.

La posizione e la grandezza della camera.

La struttura è buia e poco curata. In camera era presente un bollitore e una macchina nespresso ma non c’erano né bustine di te ne cialde per il caffè. Non viene offerta neanche una bottiglia d’acqua in camera.

The riad is incredibly beautiful, clean, and features exceptional service. The manager, Mohammed, was very accommodating and always checking in to offer recommendations. The server, also named Mohammed, was just as wonderful and even brought our kids’ meals out right before the kitchen officially opened so they wouldn’t have to eat late. Breakfast was a daily highlight with fresh squeezed orange juice, homemade bread, and flan. It was highly convenient to have the restaurant open daily for lunch and dinner without needing reservations. They perfectly accommodated our family of four by providing a free baby crib and setting up a bed on the couch. We also loved our hammam and massage with Cherifa, and having an on-site garage for just €5 a night was perfect for our rental car.

While the courtyard pool is lovely, it is deep and lacks stairs, making it tough for little kids to use. The rooms have traditional shutters instead of glass windows; while the darkness was actually great for the kids’ naps, it meant there was no natural light and noise traveled easily into the main riad when our children were loud. Finally, because the riad is located right by the city walls, you do have to walk about 10 to 15 minutes to reach the main souks and cafes in the Medina.

L’hôtel est à quelques minutes à pied de l’endroit où on laisse notre voiture. Il n’y a pas de place de stationnement les rues étant trop étroites. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pour notre douche. Le déjeuner était bien ordinaire. Aucun fruit.
