Very nice riad

The staff was amazing from the get to go, available and went the extra mile to accommodate small and big requests. They made sure we just enjoyed our stay in the Ryad and Marrakech to the fullest. Needed a new lock 🔐 for the luggage and they made sure to find one without hesitation. Moreover my wife fell in love with an item adorning the room and their gestures definitely gave me some brownie points for the foreseeable future. We were greeted every time, offered beverages after coming back from trips and made us feel like we were at home. Not to mention they gave us a phone to use in Marrakech so we didn't have to worry about esim or roaming charges and a complimentary taxi trip to and from the airport......just fabulous stuff.

Everything was good and I would have loved to spend more time at the Ryad and Marrakech to recover from the Moroccan trip.

Le Personnel est exceptionnellement gentil, toujours présent en cas de besoin. le Ryad est un peu excentre de la place jema el fna (25min à pied) mais tellement agréable à faire pour découvrir les différentes ruelles de la médina! Nous avons passé un très séjour au sein de l’établissement! je recommande.

Очень атмосферный маленький отель с очень дружелюбным персоналом. Дают местный телефон с интернетом. Чуть далековато от главных достопримечательностей ( порядка 20-25 минут пешком) , но тихо и есть небольшой бассейн . Особый бонус для курильщиков - курить можно везде)) Отличный завтрак.

L'accueil, la gentillesse, la disponibilité du personnel. C'est une super équipe, à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et excellent La chambre est climatisée, ce qui est un vrai plus quand il fait 40° Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce RIAD

Le seul petit bémol est la distance, il faut compter 30 minutes de marche de tous les points d'intérêts mais le personnel est super et se charge de contacter les taxis selon nos demandes.

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at Riad Dar Zaouia and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the warmth, kindness, and genuine care of the staff. The hospitality here is truly outstanding—far beyond anything I have experienced elsewhere. Every detail is handled with such thoughtfulness that you immediately feel not just welcomed, but genuinely cared for. The riad itself is immaculate. The rooms are beautifully designed, extremely clean, and the beds are comfortable. Everything is maintained to a very high standard, creating a calm and elegant atmosphere throughout. The food was simply fantastic. Both breakfast and dinner were consistently delicious, authentic, and clearly prepared with great attention to detail. My dietary request was accommodated effortlessly—everything I was served was not only safe but genuinely excellent. Stepping into the riad feels like entering a completely different world. The peaceful courtyard, heated pool, and traditional welcome with Moroccan tea create a serene, almost magical atmosphere. The rooftop terrace is another highlight, offering stunning views all the way to the Atlas Mountains on a clear day. The location in the northern part of the Medina offers a more authentic and unfiltered glimpse of Marrakech. Despite the lively, less polished surroundings, I felt completely safe at all times. The heart of the Medina is within a 20-25 minute walk, and the Riad is always happy to arrange reliable taxis if needed. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience. The combination of exceptional hospitality, comfort, and authenticity makes this riad truly special. Struttura bella e accogliente, molto pulita, in una zona appena fuori dal caos della città. Il punto di forza è sicuramente lo staff. I ragazzi sono veramente gentili e disponibili, sempre sorridenti e pronti ad aiutarti in qualsiasi momento. Ti danno anche un cellulare con Internet per contattarli in caso di necessità! Molto carina anche la serata nel deserto che abbiamo fatto tramite loro! Colazione buona ed abbondante
