We really appreciate your Team’s involvement, especially manager Hamza for participation in our immersion into local culture , Arabic practice and advice on organization of the city exploring.

Das Frühstück und das einmal bestellte Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet. Da die Unterkunft nur weniger Zimmer hatte, war alles sehr persönlich und familiär. Die Lage war ideal um schnell mitten in der Stadt zu seien, aber dennoch ruhig genug um am Pool zu entspannen. Wir würden es immer wieder buchen und können es zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Der Kontakt zuvor und auch während des Aufenthalts per Whatapp hat auch super funktioniert und wir konnte so am Tag vor der Anreise das Abendessen bestellen. Bei Ankunft wurde uns anhand einer Stadtkarte gezeigt, welche Sehenswürdigkeiten interessant sind und es gab auch Restauranttipps, welche ausgezeichnet waren. Man kann absolut nichts Negatives berichtet :)

We loved everything about this place! The room was cozy, the building was clean and beautiful and serene, and the breakfast was lovely!

Nothing really. They had to do a bit of work while we were there but it wasn't a big deal. They also said they had to do it because their riad was open to the outdoors all year around while others aren't. The wirk didn't bother us at all!

Милый , уютный риад. У нас был маленький , но уютный номер в розовом цвете (как раз для девочек , так как мы отдыхали с подругой), однажды нам в номер даже поставили свежие цветы . Внутри очень стильно и современно. Утром мы просыпались под пение птиц. Завтраки лучшие , что мы ели за время в Марокко. Выпечка каждый день была новая!

Beautiful property Right inside the medina, wonderful location! Peaceful and the interiors was amazing! Good breakfast, wonderful service Staff was so good.

I had a wonderful stay at Riad Botanica and truly felt taken care of from the moment I arrived. The rooms were beautiful, very authentic, and full of charm — exactly the kind of Moroccan experience I was hoping for. What made this place especially memorable was the incredibly warm and attentive staff. As a solo female traveler, I really appreciated how they would even meet me when I returned late in the evening to make sure I got back safely. They also helped arrange a hammam and massage at their second riad, and honestly, it was one of the best hammam experiences I’ve had. The team went above and beyond throughout my stay, even walking me to the tour transfer meeting point to make sure I found it without stress. Their kindness and hospitality made me feel completely comfortable and welcome. I would absolutely recommend Riad Botanica to anyone visiting Marrakech — especially if you’re looking for an authentic, beautiful, and genuinely caring experience.
