The Grand Riad and Spa

We had an amazing stay at this riad in Marrakech and honestly, it was one of the highlights of our trip to Morocco. The riad was extremely clean and very well taken care of. From the moment you enter, it smells wonderful and feels calm and welcoming. The location is perfect, very close to Bab Yacout, just 2–3 minutes away, which makes it ideal for tours since cars cannot enter the medina. This made everything so easy and stress-free. The staff truly made the difference. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. We interacted the most with Marween, who was there in the mornings and afternoons when we returned to the riad. He was extremely attentive, helpful, and warm, I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful it was to meet him. We also met Ouimaima (hope I spelled it right), and she was just as kind. Every single person working at the riad made us feel at home. We also had dinner at the riad, and it was absolutely the best tajine we had in all of Morocco. We didn’t eat this well even in restaurants, so we ordered dinner again another night. That alone is a reason to come back to this riad. Marrakech is a beautiful city, the tours are great, but the people working at this riad truly made our experience in Morocco unforgettable. We are already thinking about coming back, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

There was absolutely nothing negative about our stay.

This is our second stay at this lovely riad. It is home from home. The staff are lovely; they speak excellent English and give great advice. The rooms are delightful as is the main courtyard. Dinner is delicious and reasonably priced. A fabulous stay!

At the price offered, it is perfect!

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et l'accueil durant ce long week-end. Très bon petit déjeuner et de bons conseils pour visiter la ville. Nous avons également essayé le diner qui était bon. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Very nice breakfast in the courtyard. Loved the flat bread or rotis. Also, the roof terrace is very nice, and a good place to listen to the muezzins.

Ideally, we would have liked a tiny bit more room in the bathroom but it wasn't a problem.

Personnel aux petits soins et très agréable. Proximité avec les principaux sites du centre de Marrakech (souks, jardins Majorelle, place Jamaa El Fna,…). Le Riad avec ses espaces communs magnifique et les services proposés (repas, spa,…) sont impeccables !
