Riad La Bigarade

The property was cleaned, staff were all very cooperative and quite helpful. When my flight got delayed, i messaged and the response was very quick, has amazed me. Staff are very well organized and found helpful thru out. The breakfast was excellent.

Lovely riad close to the center of all the excitement in Marrakech medina but still quiet because it is off a side street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They walked us from the medina gate to the Riad the first day and showed us how to get around the medina. Breakfast was on the terrace and we could even order dinner in the riad if we wanted to.

We were extremely happy we chose to stay here. The Riad was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. The breakfast was amazing and very genourous. It tasted fantastic. The best thing was the people who worked there. They were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. In particular Zouhir, Zinbe and Fahd. They had amazining knowledge to help us with everything. The best food we ate in Marrakesh was at Riad. Zinbe is an amazing chef. We loved everything she made. In particular the evening meals and breakfasts. Zouhir was always there to help with recommendations, translation and directions. He is amazing. I cannot wait to go back. You should defintly stay here for an great hoilday and authentic experince.

It was our first time visiting Marrakech, we weren't disappointed. When we arrived we were greeted very warmly and offered tea, we then saw the room! The room was great but not something we expected, the windows pointed inwards. Something we got used to very quickly. It doesn't take long to settle into the groove, Malika and her family were very welcoming and couldn't have done enough for us. The food was ok outside, in the Riad the food was amazing and really made our anniversary meal something special. We cannot recommend this Riad enough and when we return to Marrakech we will certainly stay here again. We can't recommend it strongly enough, oh and the breakfast was to die for!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Riad La Bigarade. We were able to have transport arranged to and from the airport. The breakfast was delicious. The location of the Riad is great as you are readily able to walk into the souk for shopping and eating and are able to walk to most sites you will want to visit while in Marrakesh. Despite the centrality of the location, the rooms were very peaceful and quite. We were able to come and go flexibly throughout our stay. Additionally, laundry services were available.

Staying in a Riad is the most authentic and exciting way to stay in Marrakech, putting you right in the heart of the souks and old city, walking distance from all the main local attractions. They are unique and beautiful settings allowing you privacy and serene escape in a bustling city. What really made the experience at Road Bigarode though were the staff. Zuzu and Fahd who were more than friendly and welcoming, giving safe advice and help from printing boarding tickets, to sorting local Sims to allowing you to message them on WhatsApp. They were easy to talk to, make great tea and a beautiful breakfast which welcomes local birds in the morning.
