Très bel hôtel, literie très confortable, chambre très propre et personnel très gentil

Nice hotel with beautiful decoration. It is in the middle of the campus which was very convinient for us. the staff was very nice and accomodating.

The room, especially the carpet, was not the cleanest. there was dust as well above the bed. It's small details but we are talking about an hilton group hotel so I think this should be done better. The buffet dinner was not of the highest quality but did the job.

good breakfast choice; comfortable beds; very calm; excellent choice for me coming for a conference on the university campus; good food selection in the restaurant

window in the room coud not be opened; a bit dark in the room; not much to do in the vicinity of the hotel (apart from the university); at least 45min walk into Ben Guerir and 1h drive to Marrakesh; pool was usually empty, I haven't seen the pool bar next to it being operated

La nourriture, le chef est excellent. Une grande variété de plats tous aussi succulents les uns que les autres. Les couleurs des meubles au restaurant, reposantes et raffinées. L'espace piscine dans l'immeuble des studios est top. La réceptionniste lors du check out a manqué de tact en gérant le départ. Son collègue par contre s'est comporté avec tact et professionnalisme en gérant la situation et en m'accompagnant.

Le fait que le personnel ne distingue pas entre les catégories de clients et les traite comme s'il leur faisait une faveur. L'hôtel reçoit bcp de participants aux conférences mais parmi eux se trouvent des full payants. L'absence de fenêtres dans les chambres.

The hotel is nice with spacious rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was really good, as well. All essential amenities you need are there: iron, kettle, etc.

The carpets in the bedroom are a bit dated.

Die Infrastruktur ist gut, grosse Raeume, neues Gebaeude (riecht nocht nach Farbe :)). Sehr sauber und hat eine Kueche sogar im Zimmer. Gute Verbindungen USB, USBC in mehreren Plaetzen. Gute Produkte im Bad (crabtree & evelyn). Frischer Orangensaft :) Direkt bei BenGuerir TU campus wenn man ein event dort hat.

Beim Fruehstuck hatte man das Gefühl dass einige Sachen die warm sein sollten schon länger da standen (pita-ähnliche fladenbrote mit Füllung, Spiegeleier...). Die Auswahl könnte besser sein. Darüber hinaus ich fand dass das Personal nett, aber zu lernen hat. Es wurden Frage gestellt "das Frühstück war perfekt, oder?" statt "wie hat es ihnen gefallen". Das laundry service sollte bis 18:00 zurück sein, ich musste 3 mal anrufen weil die nicht wussten wo die Kleidung ist und hab mein Kleid 3 Minuten bevor ich zum Dinner wegfahren musste erhalten. Frage für Pflaster (man erwartet ein Hotel der Grösse hat ein First Aid box): nach langem Suchen wurde mir ein klebeband gegeben... Ich fand auch ein Dinner buffet für 40 Euro eine extreme übertreibung angesichts des Ortes und was angeboten wurde. Ich durfte auch nicht das am Zimmer gerechnet habe und musste getrennt im Restaurant zahlen, oder zur Rezeption gehen (3meter weiter) und eine Garantie organisieren, nachdem ich erzählt hatte dass ich gleich danach checkout in die 3m weiterliegende Rezeption machen würde und alles gleich zahlen würde. Das Personal hat sich bemüht, aber sieht noch aus, dass Erfahrung und Feingefühl fehlt. Wir haben auch die viel gewerbten cookies keinen Tag bekommen können - immer waren die aus oder noch nicht da :)
