Personnel très accueillant et prévenant. Nous étions les seuls clients de l’hôtel mais la nourriture et le service étaient au top.

On s’attend à pouvoir boire de l’alcool au Hilton… et c’est même noté sur le site de Hilton qu’il y a un bar avec des cocktails mais il n’y avait meme pas de cocktails sans alcool. C’est le seul point négatif.

Das Zimmer war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings gab es einige Mängel: Der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken tropfte durchgehend, und das Duschwasser war nicht warm genug sowie kaum regulierbar. Die Rechnung wurde erst am Abend nach dem Checkout per E-Mail zugeschickt, was unpraktisch war. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück – sehr reichhaltig und lecker, mit einer großen Auswahl. Etwas irritierend war allerdings der Metall-Detektor am Hoteleingang, der völlig unnötig wirkte und dem sonst angenehmen Eindruck nicht entsprach.

"Amazing staff and great facilities marred by an undercooked omelette and food poisoning."

The staff were very attentive, professional and friendly. Dina at Reception on my arrival was perhaps the most professional, helpful and effective Hotel Manager I have ever encountered, astonishing effective. No problems only solutions.

The reason I could only rate my stay a ‘5’ was due to a bout of food poisoning following eating an undercooked omelette at breakfast service. I was ill in bed for the whole day and unable to enjoy the hotel or facilities as a consequence.
