Doubletree By Hilton Ben Guerir Hotel & Residences

I was embraced by Moroccan hospitality exuded from every corner of the hotel. Chaimae and Dina, front desk employees, made me particularly at home because of their warmth, compassion and professionalism. DoubleTree was my sanctuary during my visit in Ben Guerir.

Excellent accommodation and very comprehensive rooms. Delicious breakfasts and fine buffet lunches and dinners. The staff in the breakfast room were courteous and helpful and were able to provide anything I asked for. Very convenient for conference at the university.

Sleeping was great. Food was superb. Service was excellent. Niyat did a wonderful job making us welcome and cleaning our room. The hotel was well kept up. The managers were friendly and helpful in every regard. Help. Was given for taxis and hope to find ATM

We had a wonderful experience! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were great and we slept very well! The food in the restaurant was excellent and the waiters very helpful. The staff at the front desk took great care of us as well! We have traveled widely and this hotel is one of the great ones! We highly recommend this hotel.

The property was incredible! I’m quite particular when it comes to cleanliness, and here it was absolutely spotless! There wasn’t a single thing to complain about. The rooms are very well soundproofed, so you can enjoy an undisturbed sleep. The staff were also top-notch, and I sincerely thank them for their warm hospitality. We only had breakfast, but everything was fresh and delicious!

The hotel is splendide, the room is big and super confortable

The hotel lack of a cafe or common chill area were you can relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The restaurant is not very good as well. The Breakfast is good.

My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Ben Guerir was a disaster. The reception staff were completely unprofessional, unhelpful, and unfriendly. They seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to guests' needs. The service was slow, and when I raised issues, they were met with indifference. The staff's attitude was arrogant, and their lack of courtesy was appalling. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the poor reception staff. Until they address these issues, I wouldn't set foot in this hotel again.
