Hotel purement business, si vous êtes la , c'est bien pour cela , ce n'est pas vous qui payez mais votre boite , sinon vous irez ailleurs , quoique il n'y a pas trop le choix. La chambre et bien et il y a une cuisinette si votre patron ne vous paie pas le repas . Pratique si vous travaillez dans le coin . Sinon du béton, encore du béton, ou de la brique si vous préférez , une prison en somme .Les fenêtres sur l'extérieur ne s'ouvrent pas . Une petite piscine non chauffée entourée de murs , une terrasse entourée de murs ( le café est à 4,5 euros et mets 15 minutes à venir ) , etc ... petit déjeuner ok, formule buffet du restaurant ok mais hors de prix par rapport a la vie alentours ( sérieux 42 euros !) . service un peu limite , il faut réclamer à boire , et ce ne sera que de l'eau. Pas d'alcool . Je trouve TRES MESQUIN qu'un seul appareil gratuit puisse être enregistré avec le wifi . la salle de sport est par contre très bien , comme il n'y a strictement rien à faire alentour , ca peut aider . La pilule à quand mème du mal à passer., mais bon, ce n'est pas vous qui payez alors ?

Among double tree Hilton’s I have stayed, this one is below average. Difficult to get a taxi, and the hotel people don’t help for getting one.

L'hotel est généralement bien. le personnel est gentil.

The hotel must ensure a good service for the guests. I requested a taxi to go to the train station and the staff at the reception indicated that they cannot do that because "they don't want to take the risk of ordering a taxi and then the guest takes another taxi and does not wait for the taxi that was ordered for him". The problem is that the hotel is in a doubly gated section of the campus. So the taxis cannot reach the hotel anyway and the guests have to walk to one of the main roads on campus and wait for the taxi. It seems in a few cases they ended up taking another taxi. the whole thing is set up in a way that makes is very inconvenient for guests. I ended up walking to a main road on campus, waiting for 30mn, than walking (with my bags) about a km to go out of campus and that's when I got a taxi. I almost missed my train although I left the hotel 75mn before the train departure time, and the ride from the train to the station is merely a 7mn ride. something needs to be done about this.

Toilets were not clean, infrastructure wasn’t great including overflowing of bathed water, sanitary wares not given in time
