Nice location and a lovely helpful lady on reception

Never any staff at the pool bar, breakfast was a sham you had to aak for coffee repeatedly before you got a cup, they put loads of food on your table that we didn’t eat so not really good for food waste, I think a buffet would work better

- Fint bemötande vid ankomst med välkomstdrink och kall handduk - 10 minuters promenad till main beach och 10 minuter till Secret beach - Alla i personalen var väldigt service minded - Hjälpte till med att boka Safari samt bil upp till Ella - Väldigt god frukost och omeletten som gjordes på beställning av kocken var underbart god - Pool som var svalkande och upplevdes ren

Lack of experienced staff. Plenty of them but no service. You cannot expect to run a hotel with kids once the senior staff left it was non existent

everything was great, exactly how I supposed to. The rooms were clean, personel was helpful, the bathrooms were equipped higher than I expected. I am giving 9 of 10 because of the food. of course fruits on Sri Lanka are great, but meats, eggs and stuff like that are far from the highest level, but if someone like the Lankan breakfast, will be delighted, too.
