Luxe Colombo Heights

This is not a hotel, this is a room in an apartment. We stayed twice. We just arrived in Colombo and before our flight back. We were given different rooms: the first time a smaller one, the second time a larger one, with a bathroom. Both times we liked everything, clean, nice, beautiful view. We liked the pool on the roof, a very beautiful view opens up. The water in the pool is warm, and it's great! The location is great. Thank you!

The accommodation is in an apartment at an amazing and iconic building. The views and the swimming pool on the 63rd floor are just fantastic, great to enjoy the sunset. The lady who was at the apartment was very nice and did her best to make our stay the best possible. It is an apartment building, so you need to arrange the check in time with the host. But he was there when we arrived, making the check in process very smooth. The location is also great, in a clean area and very central, maximum 30-40min walk to the main points of interest, and close to many restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centre. The host also arranged for a transfer to the airport at fair price.

No complementary, No water inside room

The property was okay but they don’t mention it’s 4 Rooms in a flat and when you book they don’t mention Room Number and Reception don’t seem to know where I am staying in the block until someone got hold of the Caretaker had to wait 45 minutes

I came to stay and do Business and wanted to meet people but Caretaker did not understand English Communication was not easy and they seem desperate to take your monies and I brought some business people who was staying downstairs but Caretaker must be drinking all day with guest and I refuse to stay there it was embrassing asked to let me into my room he was so drunk he went into someone else’s room by mistake and it took him 10 minutes to get into someone else’s room and finally found and open my room and then collected my stuff and left . Some idiot by the name of David not his real name as I asked for a refund the following morning .He wanted a meeting not sure why did not see the point and ask for refund still not got one
