Luxe Colombo Heights

I was not aware that it was a shared space. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but it's basically a huge living area and separate hotel rooms off of it. The rooms were great and secure. I enjoyed the rooftop area. The staff helping me were so wonderful and sweet.

First of all it’s says on your website it is a hotel which is not there it is apartment building with date common areas There is no staff who can take my luggage there was no restaurant, no coffee shop, no tea or coffee in the room, no fridge in the room no hair dryer there is a long list which is missing Not happy at all Plus I couldn’t leave that place because it was 2am

Pool

Staff can’t speak English. No amenities. Shower wasn’t draining properly and it was flooded. Check out time is too early.

Very well situated Clean Nice lady cleaning .. kitchen convenient

You confort depends on other occupant education as you share common spaces , some act as they are alone .. some water drainage problems not solved after 5 days .
