Nothing. Everything was superb.

The location of the rooms was excellent—close to the main street and conveniently near the train station, which made getting around the city very easy. The room size was also quite comfortable and met our needs well.

The breakfast being served at a nearby café was a bit inconvenient, especially when traveling with a child. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, but the terrace could have used more attention—the floor and furniture were quite dirty and needed proper cleaning.

Way overpriced for what was offered. Many broken objects.

The suite we had was nicely decorated and spacious.The location is good.

This suite, one of a few in a large building on the first floor is not manned.We arrived after a 24 hour journey, there was no one there ,we could not get in to the closed building and no one responded to the Si suites telephone number listed on the Booking .Com website. It was very stressful waiting outside in the heat , on the street with all our luggage and not being able to get into the accomodation that had already been paid for, not a good start! By chance after some time a laundry delivery van pulled up and the man was able to communicate remotely with the suite staff and he let us in to the building and our suite.It was very hot, no air conditioning on and no water available in the empty small wall fridge.The place was empty and unwelcoming.Again this laundry delivery man kindly helped us out, he communicated with the suite owners and gave us all the necessary codes to get in and out of the building. The first night from 11 pm onwards we were kept awake by banging ,and drilling , building noises and vibrations coming from the apartment above our bedroom .This was a problem for us tired travellers and could have been resolved if there was staff available to contact whoever was making this noise and resolve this unacceptable situation at the time. The suite had plastic coffee mugs which had not been properly cleaned, layer of grime around the lip line,I showed the owner these the next day.The tea ,coffee and water supplies were not automatically replenished during our 4 day stay The bath tub (I requested room with a bath) had no plug, also it advertised that there were bath robes and there were none supplied. Privacy issue concerns.The owner came the day after we arrived to get our passport details. We noticed our passport photo with all the information on the unmanned reception desk computer which was situated by our suite door.The computer was left on and we had concerns about our private information being on public display.

Fantastic location, comfortable with large balcony! Contact was brilliant from the start, our room also had a surprise bottle of wine for my birthday which was the day we arrived.

The Location

Do NOT believe the photos, it is run down, not taken care of and the Terrace was a mess as you can see on on the photos. Yes there was some Stormy Weather but don't tell me that months of dust ,dead plants, DIRTY Toilet had been made within a few days, that was months maybe years of neglect

Well situated B&B in a grand apartment block, near the station and coastline so easy for the majority of meeting points for many tours. Rooms are lovely, I stayed in Zafiro that had a lovely little terrace, my friend stayed in Ezmerald with its high painted ceiling and marble bath. Thank you from Jan and Rita
