Staff, Rooms, location

Location was good, near the old town and railway station. Room was big and elegant. Breakfast was under all limits. Bread was old, cheese and sausage with bread seems to be dry and looks not so well. In Italian breakfast there is always more sweet than salty food, this breakfast was a joke. There was three different sweet available, but only half piece each. Staff (one person) was not customer friendly.

Breakfast was not good.

Very large and well decorated rooms. Good location.

Unable to leave luggage or arrange transfer to airport

The location is very good, close to the university. There is a very good parking garage right across the street, and we paid 15€ instead of 20€ with the hotels' discount. Within walking distance of the shops & restaurants. Instructions for entering clear and easy, good atmosphere and decor.

I was expecting to have a coffee machine in the room, being Italy- no. There is a large beatifull terrace attached to the room but all of the plants were dead, not a pretty sight.

Good location for train station. Huge room. Comfortable bed.

Scarcely a good morning from staff at breakfast. Breakfast limited - ham, processed cheese in wrappers, burnt mini croissants. Huge room and obviously an old property but strange light switch configurations. As bedroom was in effect 2 rooms in one, the air con was in the other room from the one the bed was in via a slide door.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

The location felt a little unsafe but probably just a bit out of our comfort zone. Breakfast was very basic. Expected more choice for the price paid.

😀 Very nice room and very nice terrasse. Sisuites is very centrally located only 100 m from the pedestrian street 😟 Light in room should be fixed. It turned on and off automatically and we never found out how to keep the light in the ceiling on. The same with the bathroom. Stayed 3 nights - after first night they did not clean the room. After second night we ran out of toilet paper and with no one at the b&b except in the morning this was pretty annoying and we had ourselves to find a box tissues in the reception.
