Sisuites

Massive room, 5 minute walk to the main shopping area and 15 minutes from the old town.

All of the keys are not necessary as you can use a code to buzz your way into the building. Breakfast was small but sufficient.

The suite we stayed in was the Smeraldo, so much room and the furnishings was very Italian. Very helpful with our check in, as we didn’t arrive until late. Close to the train station

I would have preferred to stay closer to old town, I was a little uncomfortable with the area.

Hotel location was just blocks from the train station and shopping. Staff were wonderful and helpful.

There is no receptionist and trying to get in and use the elevator was problematic.

Our family have spent a month in Italy. Based on the price we paid I thought that this place would be the nicest. A palace in fact. It was not. We have stayed in much nicer places for alot less money. It must have been an old office building converted in hotel rooms. Very weird layout and nothing fancy.

Location is right next to central station, so not an excellent neighborhood in the evening

We loved roberto and the staff. Everyone was super nice and just made our stay so enjoyable. They did a taste of puglia for us for dinner and it was awesome.

Some things were broken or didn’t work.

The accommodation is very fancy and large. The staff of Sisuites helped a lot with information even before our arrival. The localization gives the possibility of easily moving around the city without the need of taxi or buses.

The breakfast could have more fruit options. A self operated coffee machine would also help the guests to prepare their own coffee.

The Sisuites were very comfortable. The location was great with an easy walk to Centro Storico.

The information on how to enter the hotel was not clear!
