Palermo alla Gancia Room

Fantastic location. Very close by to the beautiful Palazzo Abatellis - definitely worth a visit. Clean, quiet and safe property. Thank you to the team, they were so helpful with any questions/needs I had.

The place is just too hot, there's only a mobile air conditioner, that is very loud doesn't cool down the room properly.

This is an excellent apartment for a family to stay. We had the 'family room' which is actually a huge double bedroom and a twin room connected to each other and to a bathroom shared by the two bedrooms. It's fantastic value for (a) the space, (b) the location (Kalsa is very interesting, safe and friendly) and (c) the very helpful host Giovanni. On that last point, he gave us excellent restaurant recommendations, organized taxis for us - went out of his way to be helpful. I strongly recommend this place.

We stayed 4 nights in this beautiful accommodation. We walked from the train station there and it’s really not a long walk. The location is really nice because it’s not far from the port and the sea but also not far to walk to the old town! But it’s not too noisy during the night. The facility is all clean and there’s even a fridge, plates, cups with tea/coffee,….Giovanni is a kind and friendly host, he answered all the questions i texted him fast and on our last day we met him in person and said goodbye! Thank you so much, we enjoyed every minute of our stay!!

Communication with the owner and exact information from him (not only about accomodation but he helped us also with infos about the city and the traffic).

Giovanni is very nice and professional. I received all instructions before arrival. Everything took place without any problems. The apartment is close to the center, but it is quiet at night. Everything you need is in the apartment. From hair dryer, to towels, to shampoo. Full professionalism. I recommend this place.

Good location in the city center, you can reach everything by walking. Friendly staff and easy check in. Clean and tidy room.
