Super clean and spacious. Perfect for a family because there are two separate rooms.

Abbiamo scelto di alloggiare presso queste rooms in quanto dal sito la posizione risultava molto centrale e le condizioni generali della struttura di nostro gradimento. Tuttavia, una volta arrivati, uno degli aspetti più critici della nostra double room è stata la mancanza d’aria presso la struttura (nonostante la presenza di un pinguino che tuttavia faceva molta confusione quando acceso) e l’ambiente poco spazioso. La cucina non era abbastanza grande, considerato anche che lo spazio è in comune con una camera formato family. Ad ogni modo, proprietario molto disponibile che ci ha fornito dettagliate informazioni per muoverci a Palermo e consigli su dove mangiare.

High humidity in the apartment, which could not be ventilated, the bathroom did not even have a window, almost no storage space for things, Dirty walls, the sink in the bathroom did not drain well.

Giovanni is an exceptional host!! He sent us efficient information regarding the accommodation and our stay in Palermo. He responded to our communication instantly and whatever we asked for he gave us. The room was clean and had the necessary equipment for our stay there. everything was better than we could expect. Room was very clean, it had everything needed to stay. in the common area as well we had the possibility to have a tea or coffee, to warm up our food. Location is great, it is close to everywhere. Giovanni shared with us a very detailed instructions on how to get to the place, where to find what we need. Apart from that he was always available on WhatsApp, answered all our questions, shared links to must see places in Palermo and all allowed us to leave our backpacks at the property after the checkout, as our flight home was late in the afternoon, which was very nice. I definitely recommend this place to stay in Palermo

The family apt was spacious enough for 2 people to have their own privacy with an excellent bathroom, windows that opened, in a quiet location easy albeit confusing walking distance in the old centre of Palermo to everything. Great wifi. Small shared kitchenette with 1 other room.

Difficult to find initially from the station.

Giovanni was the perfect host. We got a map with lots of recommendations on what to do in Palermo and he was on hand over WhatsApp if we had any issues. Location was perfect. It was in the Centre but tucked away in a quiet street, very safe. Very clean and modern. Bed was comfortable and there was a fan in the room which worked good. We had all the amenities we needed including a coffee machine, microwave and iron etc. The room was soundproof and quiet at night, little to no street noise. Private bathroom. Good value for money I would recommend staying here!

I was met on arrival by Giovanni at the property, I arrived early but was allowed to check in immediately. The room was spacious and very well maintained. Giovanni was super helpful in advising local places to visit, bus routes, etc. He also provided an extra key so I could leave my luggage after checking out for later collection. Good communication via Whatapp to confirm arrival/departure. Exceptional detail is rare, which makes this a great property to stay in, I wish I could have stayed longer. The wifi was also very good indeed. Thank you again for such a memorable and comfortable stay
