Location was good, central. Bed was comfortable but all rest were basic. Could be renovated for sure.

Room was totally not soundproof. We could listen people taking, caughing, etc. The room next to the entrance is the most affected.

I strongly advise against this accommodation. The photos in the booking.com listing are a sham – they only show the best perspective with exaggerated colors, while ignoring the reality of the place, which is that it's a very old, dilapidated tenement building with the lowest standard, if not none at all. We booked for two days. We were given a room with a bathroom that was covered in damp and mold, and the shower was so neglected that we didn't dare use it. Toilet paper wasn't allowed in the toilet; it had to be placed in the bin (we were informed of this the day before arrival), which obviously negatively impacted hygiene and the smell. We arrived at night and left early the next morning. The host didn't refund our money – he said he could have moved us to another room if we had asked and that we were expecting too much for the price. The truth is, however, that the host wasn't there, and his argument about being moved to another room is also absurd. If he had wanted to and could have, he would have done so immediately, rather than placing guests in such a substandard room. At the time of booking, it was the last available room. Don't expect oranges on the balcony like in the photos, but a meager breakfast in the small, dark kitchen.

Понравилась локализация, самый центр, близко пешком до всех интересных мест. Очень чисто, уборка и смена белья вовремя.

Не берите завтраки. Очень скромные, самый дешевый хлеб, пластиковый сыр, яйца готовят с вечера и ставят в холодильник, как и масло… Есть кухня, чайник, но не нашли ни одного пакетика чая, кофе только на завтрак ( не вкусный)

The room was really nice and spacious, bed comfortable, location was near center which was great, the breakfast was tasty but modest, the staff at breakfast were very nice, overall we really enjoyed our stay there:)
