Tra l'Etna e il mare via Oberdan

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, bardzo czyste pokoje, łazienka również. Bardzo pomocny właściciel. Śniadanie wystarczające. Polecam 🙂

Čistota pokoje, lokalita, vybavení pokoje, lednička, topení/klimatizace

Extrémní hluk, vše bylo slyšet, jako by stěny neexistovali, přístup jednoho zaměstnance byl nepříjemný. Nemluvil anglicky takže když jsme s nečím měli problém nemohli jsme ho vyřešit. Majitel odpovídal náhodně. Spadla nám záclona v pokoji a pán mě začal osočovat, že jsem ji musela strhnout. Po pár dnech přestala fungovat wifi a nefungovala až do konce pobytu (2 dny). Snídaně byly velmi skromné. 5 kusů pečiva na výběr, šunka, stará vajíčka a toastový chléb. To bylo vše.

Ottima posizione. Bagno nuovo. Arredo accogliente. Dopo ogni giornata, si torna sempre con la camera pulita, cestini svuotati e letto rifatto. Infissi esterni molto buoni, per essere tra le strade, non c’era molto rumore. Preciso che noi abbiamo soggiornato nella camera con bagno integrato alla stanza.

Colazione normale, ma sicuramente più bello farla fuori la struttura essendo a Catania. Gli infissi interni, ovvero le porte che davano al corridoio, sono originali, quindi il rumore passa facilmente, soprattutto, nel nostro caso, avendo la stanza della colazione di fronte la camera.

Very friendly staff and great breakfast

Overall, the place is decent, but there are some caveats worth mentioning. I stayed here with my son, and we honestly felt a bit like we were in kindergarten due to the excessive control. For instance, we were reprimanded about the croissants at breakfast (strict limits applied). We got soaked in the rain one day and left my son’s jeans drying on the electric towel rail. When we returned, we found it had been unplugged/switched off by the host. The next day, we received another remark for taking a small plate for an orange and a empty glass for our juice into our room – apparently, that’s forbidden. Finally, check-out is listed as 10:30, but at 10:14 the older gentleman knocked on the door insisting it was time to leave so he could clean. I had to remind him we would leave at 10:30 sharp. We travel often, but this was our first experience with this level of micromanagement. Nothing catastrophic, but it left a bit of an unpleasant aftertaste."
