Dopo aver mandato i documenti telefonicamente alla struttura, al momento del mio arrivo in città ho ricevuto una mail di cancellazione della prenotazione per overbooking, in privato la struttura ha dichiarato di aver avuto problemi con l'acqua calda, barzelletta a cui ovviamente non credo. Veramente pessimi e approfittatori.

Very clean, very responsive. Room is very spacious. Location is walkable from all the major sights. Teatro Massimo and the Mercato del Capo are really close. There’s a coffee machine with good coffee, a kettle, tea and snacks in the common area, and a fridge in the room.

The view is of the carpark. At night it feels very isolated (during the day there is a doorman). The rooms are not heated sufficiently and can be a bit cold.
